1. The College needs the best candidate for all the post advertised.
2. We try to avoid any external forces that can hijack the recruitment process and so on, I can't mentions all.
In view of the above, NCAT ZARIA has no hand/involve in the selection process, that's why we do not add/put the information on our website because of the agreement btw NCAT & PSIN, imagine no NCAT staff know about this process until people from aside started calling that they got message for CBT test, I particular that was the Administrator for the online recruitment portal last year, I was partially taken out of the system, so just to tell you that we NCAT ZARIA looking for the best candidate,please try as much to put in your best, you might be the lucky one, we put this information on our Facebook just to have people opinions on this recruitment process.

Bro you will undergo training on this post you applied for, the course is under Airtraffic service and communication school under the department of Aeronautical information System/ General Aviation, is a very good post with a very good salary, the college will train you on the course before you will be given to instruct our students.

Bros, I will advise you to go for Electrical Engineer especially if you don't have up to 6 years cognate experience with your masters. Principal Engineer is a big position dat requires much experience. Besides, they would likely take few people for positions like this and Naija factor usually take place more at big levels like dis. If u fit in for Principal Engineer based on what I've said so far then go for it.

Possession of Radio licence 12.1, 12.2 or 12.3 in addition to a NCAT diploma or higher qualification in Aeronautics or Electrical Engineering from recognised Institution plus at least three (3) years working experience and not more than 40 years of age.

I honestly must commend NCAT for the recruitment process so far. I hope they keep this tempo to the end. There is some little hope left in this country afterall.

Just as u stated above, d advert says d licence added to NCAT diploma OR higher qualification in Aeronautics or Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years experience. I have a first degree in Electrical Engineering and an MSc. in Information Technology. I also have over 3 years work experience. If they really need a licence, they shouldn't have invited me. I know Nigerian employers do that sha, after inviting u for a test despite seeing your qualifications, they tell u at d interview dat u didn't have d minimum rerequirements. I remember passing an aptitude test some years ago and was later told that I was older than their preferred age. I hope dat isn't d case here. I probably misinterpreted their requirements. Maybe they are saying d licence and a diploma from NCAT or degree instead of d diploma. D english their is confusing gaskia. I interpret it as d licence and an NCAT diploma or u don't have d licence but have a higher qualification such as a degree in Aeronautics or Electrical Engineering. What's your take guyz? I really like to know cos I far from Abuja o.
