It appears all the major tribes in the South South reject and do not desire to be part of Biafra and prefer to be part of Nigeria instead despite the desperation to include them in Biafran maps. honestly, ss doesnt want to be affiliated with biafra, the biafra of 50yrs ago was a southern agenda, today, it's an igbo agenda. Igbos root the Nigerian problem to nepotism, favouritism and domineering nature of the north. This will be the same issue uf biafra is to consist of all southern states. the igbos will be the domineering tribe and they'll feel entitled to always lead cause they pushed for biafra. besides which ss state wants to join a movement without clear objective and blue prints? there's so issue with this biafra struggle. lemme stop here 3 Likes |

Ermacc: Continue to create threads to make yourself popular, but stop mentioning a people who don't even know you exist. Biafra of Igbos alone is the real deal, if you want your people to join, state your reasons and what you are bringing to the table. If Biafra accepts your tribe, thank heavens 13 Likes |

Abooki is having nightmares over Biafra and deceitfully trying in futility to make it an Igbo affair. Like Ohaneze, most of those old men donot think biafra is the way, but they are wrong. The majority which is the youth, know that there is no justice for us in Nigeria and that is why we insist on Biafra. A referendum will prove which side is majority. 9 Likes |

Gamesmart: Biafra must stand even it represents the only Igbo land. There are people in the neighboring country willing to join Biafra. Besides, there are redoubtable cowards on the list above. Most of the folks would rather die of cancer than challenge the Yari.ba and political elites from northern region of Nigeria. The mounted propaganda against Ndigbo has its roots imbedded in a noticeable fear. 5 Likes |

Gamesmart: We don't prefer to be part of Nigeria. Given a choice, we would rather be with our South East brothers in a separate country than with Nigeria. However, we would only do such on an equal pedestal and Biafra led by IPOB doesn't represent that as it has chosen to largely make itself an Igbo movement. That's the only problem we have. So don't be decieved. |

Even Ohanaeze and the SE governors have rejected it. But does that means the Igbos have rejected it. A referendum will let us know how the common people in the SE and SS feel about Biafra. If you are so sure about this rejection conduct a simple referendum and there should not be any worry. 6 Likes |

Warship: I am sure referendum in the old Eastern Region would lead to a definite "No". Even if it was done in the South East alone, even though it is likely to be a "Yes", I doubt it would be by a majority over 70%. As for the old Eastern Region, I don't think the SS people are that enamoured about people of the South East. Lets be frank, we really can't say the SE are populated with people that have one of the highest 'goodwill' amongst other Nigerians. Cooly100: Well, all those listed are Nigerians, not Biafrans. ojobekehinde: They would never join Biafra. It is not possible. I don't think they love Igbos that much, nor do I think they would think a country dominated by Igbos would be favourable to them or better than what they get in Nigeria. They would rather have their own country. That is the only other alternative option for them, not Biafra. amachuk: Many would. You want them to end up in poverty when their valuables are hardly in Igboland? chimeee: SS people are angrily telling you they are not part of Biafra, you are still insisting they are? Are you sure your name is not Nnamdi Kanu? Dedetwo: Which people from Neighbouring countries? PapaBrowne: Nonsense! I am sure you are speaking for yourself only. EzeUche: It is telling you that, if a referendum takes place, the majority "Yes" would be lower than the noise. 1 Like |
