Hello everybody! I am new on the forum. I just received an Erasmus Mundus scholarship to study in France (1st year) then Netherlands or Germany (2nd year) .
I have a couple of questions:
1. How fast is VFS Abuja?
2. Kindly post a direct link to how I can reserve airline tickets . God bless!
Go to Lagos.
Use Turkish airline website to make a reservation which is free and last up to one week. You just do the reservation the morning of your interview and if possible submit your documents to vfs same day

Thank you for your reply. I am fully funded, do I still need to show accommodation attestation?

Funded through campus France?? If not, I'll advice to get accommodation attestation but I know people who got their visa without the accommodation attestation

Shouldn't be older than 15 days; it was written on the website somewhere. mine was printed on the day of my CF interview, and that was the first thing the interviewer checked. So, yes you need to print it as close to your interview date as possible.

goodluck.

I don't get what you mean by hiding information; because I didn't ignore any questions. if. it happened that I did, then you didn't mention it. It's only my mentions that bring me here.

secondly, u sent me a pm and I have stated here repeatedly that I can't access the email I registered with. Also, to be frank with you, I don't have time for 24hrs visa question and answers, that you get from private conversations. I have a busy schedule as it is, I'm not a visa agent. So please understand. You can ask your question here, and mention me properly; whenever I come online which is many times a day I'll answer all of your questions to the best of my abilities.

yes I did too, don't think its compulsory.

but if you can secure accommodation before you come, that will help you settle in easier, you don't want to combine classes, plus homesickness, language barrier and homelessness.

No one is hiding information. We can only respond based on what we know. No one would like to give an information he/she is not sure of

if you speak French, yes very easily.

Budget varies, depends greatly on your region. Paris like 800-1000 a month to be comfortable. if you live in the suburbs though, I'd say 600 ish, if your rent is like 300-350.

Tuition varies, like some people here are paying 250euro, some private schools/Grande ecoles charge more like 10,000 and UP.

So, before anybody can give you a budget, you need to first find a school then work from there. It'll be misleading to just give you vague numbers that could either discourage you or deceive you.

It's not peculiar to Erasmus. People get visa in 7days. It depends on what you submit and what confirmation they need to make. For me it took 3weeks, more than 15days because they had to call me n my company almost 3times

Is there anyone in France who can help me collect a package from UPS and forward to CROUS via local mail? UPS has held my package for over a week in France, saying they can make delivery to the CROUS office address. This is an exigency if I'm to meet up with September's resumption date.

My Whatsapp contact is on my signature, save a soul.

Believe me, I didn't observe protocols. I was supposed to send my packages through air/postal mail but I didn't. I boycotted the procedure, mailed CROUS office and complained about the implications of sending it that way. they later accepted the scanned copies of d documents required; and now, I've just received my accommodation award notification.
All I could say is, just try and contact the CROUS of your school and lay your complaint. try to see if they will accept scanned copies via email.

They always reply using a nonreply email, but check their website and communicate with them via d email address stated there. Their replies are always fast.

How many days did it take between the submission of the documents and receipt of the accommodation certificate.
