In terms of Home grown quota for the premier league, we may be short on quality tho.

This will probably be the reason some moves are being made like not selling fabregas(whom may start most games from the bench again and give some people heart ache this coming season), Promoting and handing Musonda a new deal as he qualifies to be home grown. Others in the squad remains Chalobah, Aina and plenty others from the u21 who qualify.

To me, thats not enough quality to fill up a 25man team. We need to start buying talents from the league and we are missing out on some.
