ymummy234: In your opinion, do you think this would be compulsory? I don't think i will get the Naija passport for him so just want to use the US one. |

I am not sure what bank you are using, but it is quite hectic getting any bank to print six months balance in a letter. It is not impossible, many guys on this platform have done it. I would recommend you just print your 6 months statements, and say in your LOE that that is what you are able to provide to meet their requirements. The only ish would be if there are transactions in there that are "suspect" not because the money is not legit, but because it is not commensurate to your income. If that be the case, kindly explain these inflows in your LOE. All the best phf2be: 1 Like |

ymummy234: As your child is a US citizen, he/she doesn't need a visa to enter Canada. So you can upload both passport biodata pages but you won't be sending the child's passport for visa stamping when you get PPR because the child is already a citizen of a visa-free country (US). It's same with my daughter. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Happylassy: Thanks a lot @Happylassy. The funds for the FTD will be available post ITA through a wire transfer and explaining that lump sum might be a problem if I print full account statements. So I was thinking a bank letter accompanying the deposit certificate and probably an LOE would suffice? |

Hello fam, Please does any one know if someone can evaluate their degree (in Dentistry) with IQAS, just for evaluation to meet the EE requirements and not necessarily to practice in Canada. Pls any kind advice or suggestion is welcome. |

sammyacbxyz: Ok. This is noted but I thought there were options apart from printing out statements? |

Morbolar: I inquired from a Zenith Bank staff and learned that indeed, ED's approval is required for references in favour of embassies that are outside the country. In addition, his employer would have to make that request being a salary account. The way out is for your hubby to request that the letter should be addressed to the Canadian High Commission at Anifowose. I confirmed that a contemporary of mine used same to secure Ontario nomination recently. 2 Likes |

Is your bank willng to supply this letter with your balances? I would advise you explain the lump sum. Many people have done the gift deed route for PoF. You might want to research into that. Thinking about it, the inflow will still raise a red flag because the balance on Month submission will be significantly different from the month pre submission. CIC will still wonder where the money came from. Please dont give your self sleepless nights, make sure your paper trail is air tight. If I were you, I will get a gift deed for the inflow. Or sell an asset to show the inflow. Experienced contributors please weigh in! phf2be: 1 Like |

Visa is not required for visiting up to 6 months only. For pendant residency, processing still required. In my own case, I used their US passports as the principal ID merrymum: |

Seer247:If this is valid, then you should be able to pay using your naira card. However, I believe the increase in limit should be general than individual specific as I am yet to receive any such notice on my naira accounts. As mentioned earlier, you can pay using a dollar card should the payment not go through on your naira card. |

Hi All, Can anyone shed light on how to get Transcript for WES from OAU ife. I looked at the ETX-NG website, but it seems they only deal with Transcript request from inside Nigeria. Any pointers or help will be appreciated. Cheers |

dejavus:Don't use that link at all, its a complete waste of time, trust me. I didn't know and got stuck in it, till now almost a month after paying for verification, the request is yet to be actioned despite several follow ups. Its really annoying. You need to send someone physically to the Exam and records to do the whole process, get transcript and then follow up for verification unless you want to use IQAS, then, only to get transcript. just search OAU transcript on this thread, someone once offered contact details for help in this matter. |

Morbolar: Two options: ** Upgrade the account to a personal one. Get them two references and a current utility bill. Note this process may take a while so better to give zenith references so it can b fastracked. ** Use another bank. |

for Q2, go to the registry and get a marriage certificate so you can add her before PPR. Its's easier that way and you both get the PR together. revlane: 1 Like |
