You can't tell us you didn't know about this issues before uploading the qstns on the systems. You cant just tell us to write the test by selecting and attempting a dffrnt course. Some of the qstns dont even set!! The qstns dont relate to the courses. Like you just copied the qstns from somewhere and pasted them in any course you felt like. Organised a test even you are not ready for.

I don't think it does. PTDF will still sponsor people abroad but they will be few. That was just like a premonition so people don't start complaining when their award is converted.

Kaduna centre was a mess. The Hall was too small to contain everyone at once.

I believe those who wrote by 8am which started by 8:45am were highly disadvantaged. Because of the leaks. Something should be done to those that wrote early in other to counter the effects of the leaks towards them.

correct talk bro, for me I have decided to just wait for the list of successful candidates even though I had issues like;
my pin worked but couldn't select my course( energy systems engineering) although it was there
although my system was changed twice however my pin couldn't now log in
pin was finally changed nevertheless course couldn't still open so I opted for renewable energy which I didn't prepare for well
somebody on this thread posted some of the words on this thread while the exam was stil going on and incredibly had supporters on this same thread (sometimes we are the architects of our problems)...
I could go on but I believe that flexisafsupport tried their best , but can be better and should learn from this

It looks as if you are a major stake holder in Flexisaf and you are scared the business would come crumbling because of so many outburst here on nairaland.. if I may ask how true is your source for point number one? did you even take time out to play this scenerio out in your head. if I must share my view which I most certainly will, From the look of things it wasn't PTDF that set those questions...

Point Number 1....considering the amount of time taken before a date was fixed, it was most certain that even PTDF wasn't sure if the scholarship would hold or not, but in the event that it did and everything was rushed, I think PTDF wouldn't have just set a batch of questions for everybody, considering they have been setting different questions yearly, where no two candidates answered the same questions, it is obvious they would have a bank of questions that repetition would hardly ever occurred between candidates let alone batches. besides PTDF would not send incomplete questions with no images to flexisaf without flexisaf spoting it since they claim to be technical...so my dear its their fault end of story.

Point Number 2......Yes some very inept people took it upon their selves to spread the gospel of English questions and other questions mostly around, however Flexisaf wasn't grounded well enough in the rules and regulations they set for the test...Kindly refer to your invite mail....truth be told I was concerned when we were asked to come with writing materials to a CBT but just assumed there were courses that needed calculations. Also Flexisaf didn't do anything about the telephones that were allowed into the hall, Plus the generation of pins after shortlisting candidates, at the exam center is appalling...... that is their fault end of story.

I think it's only your perception about Kaduna centre. I don't think it is true.

There were only 2 batches and almost all, if not all complained about the English. No phone or calculator was allowes. I even saw CCTV in their control room. The only challenge I have is whether they will take their time to study the shots of the CCTV if truly candidates cheated.

On generation of PIN to candidates that were not shortlisted, I will like to say some of us had problem in logging in with our PINs, so we were given alternate PINs which was checked on the system

on the issue of generation of pin, alot of candidates in my center had problem logging in with their pin, hence flexisaf was mandated to generated pin for them to enable them take the exam since they all have their invitation letters...

FlexiSAF Sends at least 2 of its staffs to each center to coordinate the technical issues of the venue. Other members involved in screening and other activities are mostly members of the PTDF. We would definitely ensure that the result of the exam is as transparent as humanly possible.

Your point 1 shows that you are not abreast with facts. It seems you are just an outsider or part of an interest group trying to discredit the genuine plights of the people here. But I won't bother to educate you on the vicissitudes in the test - you can check the previous pages if you wish, many people have talked about that.

Lastly, for a scholarship test that should entirely be based on merit, it is nonsense for you to say that people shouldn't vent their frustrations on the body that is responsible for administering the test, when they saw obvious irregularities in the administration of the test. Wrote for IT in oil and gas. The English part was difficult but my course part was fair. 100 questions for English and 50 questions for your course.

At JKK, the time interval between 8am and 11 am guys was less than 20 minutes. Therefore, th rate of sharing copied questions was minimised except maybe between the 8am and 2:pm batch. If someone copied some questions then he/she needed to copy the questions as well as the complete options for each question for there to be a helpful 'expo'. For example I overheard someone telling a lady that there was a question on 'stress' on the word 'EDUCATION' he didn't state the options and therefore didn't actually leak anything. It will take a fool (who had the time) to copy out many questions and the options to give to another. The biggest flaw (in terms of leakage) at any centre would have been the use of phones and pads to snap the screen and Google answers.

Nigerians and religiosity. Everyone is now typing 'my case is different' all over the place. The conduct of the examination was grossly flawed. And it's going to affect all and sundry. So there's nothing unique or different about anyone's case.
For Nigeria to develop past this, we need to speak up against such irregularities.

Concerning trying to be blame free, we are not saying the exam was completely flawless, we sure know that some candidates tried sabotaging the exam, but what we want us all to do is to be objective about the criticisms.

Definitely, we welcome criticisms as they would help us better prepare for other exams.

Some questions had missing pictures, some incomplete questions making it difficult to answer so what's going happen to those candidates?
