I will suggest you find out GTBank online exchange rate first before settling for this news.
Currently, they're exchange at about NGN380/USD while you can get less than NGN370/USD presently in the black market. So I will suggest you source dollars from black market and fund your domiciliary account. Then use your dorm account for the payments; this will save a lot of cost.

I am trying to get police clearance certificates from Ghana, Nigeria and UAE.

I will visit Force CID in Alagbon this week and try to sort out the Nigerian one while I get someone in Accra to help with the Ghana one.

The problem I have now is the UAE one where I am supposed to submit a set of fingerprints and that I can do it at UAE embassy in Nigeria (Abuja). I saw one address for the UAE embassy in Abuja and found out online that the embassy cannot help. I need help with the best way to get police clearance certificate from UAE especially and any other information about Ghana and Nigeria police certificates.

I so much agree with you. One can't tell if the change in restriction is in our favour just yet, although funding domicilliary account does not exactly translate to getting value at less than 370 to a USD eventually. There are hidden charges on conversion from USD to CAD when you do your transaction (as much as 100dollars addition compared to what you will find in any conversion chart)

No, that is not a cause for concern so far the names appear consistently in your other documents. The order in which they appear is not an issue, they're still your names especially if captured on your international passport.

It will take you to the e-Services Ghana portal where you will ave to register to request for the PCC since you are not in Ghana. Don't know how long it will take but if you were in Ghana it could take as little as 3-days with "facilitation"

Don't use that link at all, its a complete waste of time, trust me. I didn't know and got stuck in it, till now almost a month after paying for verification, the request is yet to be actioned despite several follow ups. Its really annoying.

You need to send someone physically to the Exam and records to do the whole process, get transcript and then follow up for verification unless you want to use IQAS, then, only to get transcript.
just search OAU transcript on this thread, someone once offered contact details for help in this matter.

Either way you still have to go through ETX, once you get to transcript office they ask if you've paid online, if you've not they give you the ETX link and tell you to come back after payment with proof of payment. Its not ETX's fault, thing is,if its the 1st time of requesting for the transcript, transcript staff have to collate result from your department, @ the department, the secretary will ask for a roll of paper to print(most departments do) transcript staff would just drop the request and leave, to probably check back after a couple of weeks, if during that period there was no paper supply OYO. You wait again till they go back to check, if within that period you get a staff or student to help you follow up, transcript staff wld direct them to the concerned dept and they may have to drop a rim or 2 rim of paper, once that is done, takes less than 2weeks....I dey OAU @ the moment....

Hope ur LOE isn't included in the PoF holder, if it is try separating LOE from PoF so it will fit

They won't penalize you for been refused a UK visa before(or any other country at that), what they'll penalize you for is if you hide it and let them find it out themselves (which they will). Hope you understand now?

Can anyone shed light on how to get Transcript for WES from OAU ife. I looked at the ETX-NG website, but it seems they only deal with Transcript request from inside Nigeria.

You pay via ETX-ng, its not only for requests within Naija. Pay and contact anyone you know in OAU to help follow up. May take 8weeks if its the first time you'll be requesting for that particular transcript.

You can do Ghana pcc online. Took about 6 days including weekend from start to delivery here in naija via dhl.

Just use the link from cic website.
