Another question is; i applied last year but didnt meet up after the second test. Does it mean i have to apply for another transcript again?

Just a little advise for those who will apply this year.

1. You need to read well...no wuruwuru in ui 2.there is a general English test and some departments like mine do anoda department test..it is hard o.
3. ui Pg application is slow....so be patient...very patient.
4. limited accommodation spaces...so u better commit your mind for sch accommodation.
5. Its is 18 months but put yah mind to 20 to 24 months due to defence and other logistics problem.
6.ui Pg programmes are for the serious..so if you can cope no problemo

I applied for MSc economics last year and we had another qualifying test after the proficiency test. It was conducted by the department itself and i didnt meet up with the cut off. Please i checked through the available programs i didnt see Oil and Gas Econs not to talk of CPEEL. Is it available thjs hear house?

The website Admin have fixed the network problem to a large extent. The "Modify Data" page is now working as at this moment, so login and modify any error you made (*EXCEPT name*). I have modified my Sex to male, an error they made.

However, some of the uploaded documents are still not showing as at the time of this report.

I have registered and followed all instructions but when I previewed my application form, I discovered
1. 'Gender' shows 'male' but I chose 'female'. I tried modifying it but the change was not reflected in the application form preview.
2. My telephone number wasn't displayed.

Also, I wish to change two of my referees. I tried doing that under 'modify data' menu but I can only change the names and e-mail addresses of the referees. There is no option to change the addresses of the referees.

The only documents showing under 'upload documents' are my passport and signature. I can't find an option to upload again.

Please, what do I have to do?

yh, but after indicating success of the modification, it still brings the error upon relogging in, my sex keeps going to FEMALE...

On the "Sex/Gender" issue in which many if not all, are complaining about their profile showing Female instead of male and vice versa even after they have edited and updated it: I would like to point out that it is a minor issue you can resolve yourself, although many may not understand it well if I explain. But, I will explain anyway:

You see, I faced the same issue on the Modify Data page yesterday when I logged in around 1:30 pm; am a male but my gender showed Female. What I did was scroll down to the edit section, edited it to Male and clicked "Update Sex." You should make sure the TOP of your page notifies you with the message, "Sex successfully updated," and the green part at the top of your page shows your gender/sex has been changed to who you are. Go and click "Update" on ALL the other editable data even if they are correct (e.g. O' Level Cert., Marital Status, etc). Just update all.

Now, click "Log Out" on that same Modify Data page; you may get an error message. Ignore it, click Back until you get to your "Main Page" and log out again or close your browser.
Log in after 10 seconds or so and go to the Modify Data section; check if your sex/gender is correct or has changed again. If it is correct at the "TOP of the page," leave it that way and log out even if the editable BOTTOM page shows a wrong sex. DON'T edit/update any other thing again, leave it! But, if it is not correct at the TOP of the page, go to the editable BOTTOM section and correct it. Click "Update Sex" and make sure it notifies on your page that it is successful. Log out or close the browser. After 10 seconds login again; it should be correct.

That is what I did around 2pm yesterday and up till now my sex remains Male; I just checked about 5 minutes ago and it is correct. It is quite technical, that is why I said explaining it here may not make many persons to understand. Good luck!
