JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Generate new clients and maintain existing clients
• Valuation of land, buildings and other facilities of clients
• Sales and marketing of clients properties
• Maintenance of land, building, project and other facilities of clients
• Inspection, market Survey and analysis of clients assets
• General estate management of building, projects and facilities of clients

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• First degree in Estate Management from a reputable Institution.
• At least 2 years relevant work experience in real estate industry
• Membership of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers
• Good knowledge of valuation is a MUST
• Excellent communication skills is essential
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Good interpersonal skills is essential
• Age- Not more than 30 years old
• Preferably a male
