Are you using a Naira denominated debit card? If yes, you need to get a dollar denominated card to successfully pay. If you have a GT bank account, you can get one immediately. You'll however, be required to fund the account with dollars. Just walk into a GTbank and ask about their Pre-paid dollar card. Information on it should also be available online.

I saw somewhere you quoted that your noc is 4423 i.e by-law enforcement officer and it draw my attention because it's also related to mine roles in the office....but I just saw that noc 4423 falls under skill level C which is not eligible for express entry application. You're correct and based on the highlighted below, I changed my NOC entirely. Fortunately, I also do some admin work in my department, so I chose NOC 1221 and will be building my reference letter around that NOC. Telecoms Compliance specialist is not provided for in the NOCs.

I have sorted it out, I called their number i saw in the internet and the person assisted me. Doing my ACCA conversion to CPA and they require my transcript

Hello Phillip, I'd appreciate you please update on any progress made (either with WES or Unilag). I got same mail yesterday, so we should advance at almost same pace(and time).
I intend having a short stop in school before this week runs out though.

WES sends email and regular snail mail to Unilag. Unilag responds to the email although, sometime, they'll claim that they haven't seen it. If you have a contact there or if you can afford to go to Exams and Records yourself, go there and follow up. They can send the response within a week if you follow up closely. WES is ok with an email response.

And one last thing, if you can personally follow up, you don't need to pay anyone. They'll check in your presence to confirm whether or not they've received it and tell you when they'll respond.

Let me know how it goes. I need to an ECA for a friend from UNN.

UNN is quite easy. FAX your certificate to WES then wait for them to update your profile on their website to waiting for verification from school. them log on to UNN itranscript and make payment. if you cannot pay online, generate the reference and go to a bank and pay. i used Union bank though for the payment. then give them like two weeks, they will respond to WES and your ECA would be ready.
