Pls how did u check BTU admission status for power engineering? Dominicumoh: Hello guys,. Goodevening to you all. Please, I am a bit confused and I need your views on this,.it will go a long way to help me make a decision.
If you were me, which of these courses in this cities/states would you prefer? Got admitted in 2 of the 3 schools I applied to. I'm certain the 3rd will admit me too.
1. Otto Von Guericke University, Magdeburg (Saxony Anhalt) - Electrical Engineering and Information Technology [Status-ADMITTED] 2. BTU-Cottbus, Seftenberg (Brandenburg) - Power Engineering [Status-ADMITTED] 3. Technical University of Ingolstadt (Bavaria) - Renewable Energy Systems [Status-AWAITING DECISION]
Please, mostly for those in Germo already; which of these courses will you consider more relevant? Or which of these cities or states will you choose over the other in terms of living standard, student jobs, prospect after studies, acceptability of the blacks etc? I seriously need help cos I don't know anywhere or anyone in Germo,.I've done my research but i end up getting confused the more....
Which of these options will you consider the best and why? Thanks in anticipation |

GermanDreamer: nothing happened to your account bro. the monthly minimum balance of 720euro is there na..why are you disturbing yourself? Thanks I know, I know the amount I need to block, it's non negotiable, 720 euros ×12months and that has been stated on the confirmation but I included that they shouldn't be a maximum restriction on the amount I can withdraw in a month from the initially total 8,729 euros blocked(720euro) meaning I should be able to take out more than the 720. so I wanted to confirm if it's actually so because I saw the option there while creating the account and I chose it. |

Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 3 by kag1: 7:50am On Jul 13, 2017 |
Email them and explain to them. Request that they change the balance to 720 Euros and they will do just that. Their customer service is top-notch. No need to fret. Arigold007:

Uni assist clearly states that you should send all documents before the deadline your school gave ..but since most schools deadline is 15th of this month there's a slim chance you could get your docs to them in time . And if you send after the deadline i think they'll reject it. MabraO: Please house if u get a rejection from uni-Assist for omitting a doc. You cannot get the whole money at once. At no point did Fintiba say that. That they said is you can put additional money than the embassy required and take it out in one payment. That's different from getting the payment out at once. It's impossible. 1 Like |
Re: General German Visa Enquiries Part 3 by donkafor(m): 9:39am On Jul 13, 2017 |
And Fintiba added €100 to my blocking amount making it €8829.
The “blocked amount to transfer“ contains an obligatory buffer deposit of 100,00 € in order to issue your blocking confirmation as soon as possible and avoid inconveniences due to potential deductions of fees for international money transfers by intermediary banks.
Please be informed that this is not a Fintiba fee - of course, you will receive the remaining amount with your first payout! 2 Likes |

If you are allowed to withdraw more than €720 a month, then how would they guarantee you have the required fund for each of the 12 months. It is not logical. It is not gonna happen, unless you deposit more money. |

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. Wolfgang A. Herrmann <feedback@tum.de> To ebere82@yahoo.com May 29 at 1:35 PM Dear Applicant,
Thank you for sending us your application documents. Please note that verifying the various documents and posting confirmation in TUMonline can take some time and is carried out in several stages.
So don't be confused if not all the documents you sent to us are immediately posted in TUMonline as having been confirmed.
For this reason we would also ask you to refrain from making telephone and e-mail enquiries regarding your document status since this slows down application processing!
Key to document confirmation postings:
- "not provided" - the document either has not yet been received or has not yet been confirmed.
IMPORTANT !!!: If you have not yet submitted your application for admission/enrollment, please be sure to send it to us complete with signature before the application deadline. Even if you are already registered in TUMonline, you are still required to submit the signed application form and certain documents relevant to admission (e.g. your school report) prior to the deadline. The deadline for bachelor's courses is July 15 for the winter semester and January 15 for the summer semester, for master's courses it is May 31 for the winter semester and November 30 or January 15 for the summer semester. (Deadlines may vary. Please refer to the website of your desired degree program for current deadlines.)
- "received" - the document has been received but has not yet been verified
- "not ok" - the document has been received but the form of submission is not ok (usually the authentication is missing)
- "ok" the document has been received and verified and it meets requirements
- "to submit until…" – the document has to be submitted until the fixed deadline
