OBSERVATION.

Anyone that has spent some time in Nigeria knows that the country is greatly hampered by poor electricity supply despite all the outrageous amount spent on the power sector , anyone that has lived in Nigeria will also testify to that during the rainy season power supply tends to increase in the country due to more water leading to improved capacity for our hydro-electric power plants which in turn eases load on our thermal power plant ....Suprisingly for the first time I have noticed that this year's rainy season has taken a clear detour from that path with very poor power supply despite plenty of rainfall this year...What could be responsible for this drop in the already poor standard of electric supply ? Even the laziest Nigerian govts of the past have been able to increase power supply during rainy season so why is the it such a big task for the Buhari led administration .

Fortunately for those lazy govts, they didn't have minister of darkness to deal with.

Is 12 hours of light during rainy season good enough ? I used to have 12 hours of light before but it has now reduced to 4 hours

Where exactly in Nigeria are you? In my hood in Abuja, we enjoy almost 24 hours of electricity. In fact, we now beg AEDC to please take the light.

I heard they are the best performing DISCO for now and have deployed more Prepaid meters per average than any other DISCO so immediately you mentioned 18 hrs I guessed it would be them

This administration tweaked the figures when it comes to power generation..Nigeria maintained about 4,050MW as of when Jonathan handed down power to Buhari, not a single MW has been added to this figure, rather you hear Lai Mohammed, say it was 2000MW and that they doubled it..They want to do everything to push Buhari up but the stats are there, even Financial Times, London recently attested that Buhari has not contributed anything to Nigeria's development since he took over power..
