Very unlucky. I was in Anambra few weeks ago. I realized that the IPOB campaigners are permeating every nook and cranny with their hate speeches and more people are adopting the group. It is understandable because of the seemingly dissatisfaction of the youth population first with the Buharism and second with the hopelessness of any better care from the Nigerian State. Without good and cutting edge negotiations, counter campaigns and offers (inducements), that election will be in the history books. In recent times we have struggled with voter apathy but this November will be the bomb and a record.

We must be thankful that IPOB came along to occupy the mind of the jobless, helpless, pushed-to-the-walls youths of SE. I believe every other region facing the level of hopelessness needs to form pressure groups to ensure that no election is held in any State, not only at Anambra until we force a change from status quo.

This present system is not working and from the days of NADECO, different politicians have used the Referendum and Restructuring ideology to gain their selfish aim. APC manifesto is structured around restructuring, yet as soon as they get access to Abuja they jettison the manifesto. Tinubu alongside Abiola used this same re-structuring to gain traction until they got access to money and they changed.

Today, we as citizens must stop any elections in this country and force Abuja to understand that States can not continue to be slaves to Abuja cons who receive and share allocations among themselves and intermarry and send their kids abroad while the rest of us are called masses. Any Nigerian out there still supporting his tribesman or woman, his religious member and living in abject poverty is a slowpoke. The Government might not need those ones whom they can't control. But the ones they can control monetarily are the civil servants. And sir they have scores of them. Most of our states are business driven but majorly civil servant states. When civil servants receive salary, then business and sales boom.

The most important thing is that let there just be a small tiny turn out to vote so that a winner can be declared.

The other set of people Government cannot control and many might be under the grip of IPOB.
