Good afternoon, I did an operation some time ago and so I really stopped exercising for a long time and now it affects me, i cant run long distances, short runs would make me start breathing heavily and if I exercise now It is very likely for me too loose weight even though I'm ready to loose it if that's what it'll cause, pls I just need ideas on any exercises I can be doing to put me back in check. Thank you

I'm actually very fit now, it was my leg bone. But everything is alright now
