Babies falling is a normal thing. Don't beat yourself up about it. Like one mama has said its part of their growing up. My ds has fallen like 3 times.Twice when he was with me and once when he was with dh.

It's stressful taking care of a baby. Even as first time mums I keep hailing women that have more than one child.

As for the weight, my dear don't stress. Me that I'm crazy about my weight, I've done keto, I've exercised, and all that. Yet the belle still de there. I noticed that without even trying, the weight started coming off. So my dear, do what you can. Slowly it will all come off. Just reduce your intake of carbs but please eat healthy for the sake of your baby.

As for dh not helping out, me, I go gangsta on my dh o
The days I know say I no fit, I go drop ds with am then carry face up waka ahead ahead. (though he does help out when he's home)

Just take it easy on yourself dear.

Have you tried nestle cerelac?
Try the rice, maize and milk

@mizbaby, try apple puree. That was my baby first food and she took it well

Pls mama help me thank God my baby boy became 5months yesterday. I remembered was 3days postpartum(still nursiing episotomy and managing backpain from epidural side effect) my sil said my mum will have to take the baby from me that I can't take care of the child cos I was wiping his bum slowly after he pooed. And I cried my eyes out called hubby and he was so upset and almost called a friend to carry my baby and I out of his sister's place. Here we are today when dh looks at my baby he cant help but to bless me always. Today see how the baby I can't take care of looks. My God is faithful. God that counted me worthy to conceive has given me the strength to nurture the child out of my womb.
I am baby Jed I can sit without support.

Go for pap and milk only don't add soya and all those till ur LO starts accepting it.then try Fri so gold rice or Gerber rice

This is how I mix mine too but I noticed at the end of the day it always have lumps. So I just dissolve it into water straight then put on fire to cook directly by stirring it directly and add crayfish or fish when it's almost done.
I am thinking to start veggie beans from 7 months.@ambient. You can used any of the method from me or enque. It will surely work

Avocado puree - u can mix it with little formula
banana puree

Na for room she fall.

Ever since she started learning to crawl eh, no b small tin. Na to de police am 24/7 we dey now.
Even when she is in her walker, e remain make she de run. Anytin wey dey within her reach, she go just drag am follow.

For Nuttymeal and mixagrain,

Boil a little water,
Dissolve 1 and half tablespoon of any of the 2 (either Nuttymeal or mixagrain) in cold water (like u do when making semo).
While the water is boiling, I add small coconut oil or olive oil and little crayfish to it.
When it's boiled, I pour in the dissolved mixture and stir to avoid lumps.
Cover and cook for another 5 mins.
Serve with baby milk or breastmilk.

I like to make it a bit thick so that by the time I add milk, it doesn't end up so watery cos I mix the milk in water b4 adding to the food.

For veggie beans, I haven't tried it yet. Wanna start when she is 8 months.

U can use the method for mixagrain and Nuttymeal.
For veggie beans, it's different.

u'd have to cook longer... I think 15mins. Plus u have to add mashed potatoes or plantain

Dont beat yourself too much about baby falling. The issue is as they grow and develope what was not a risk before suddenly becomes one. You just need to adjust as you go along. Thank God baby is ok.
