The system is designed for 64bit operating system and u put a 32bit operating system that's why change ur OS to 64 bit u will see d whole ram.size

hummmn, how is that possible? i believe it's CPU that determines that. we have 32 bit & 64 bit CPUs see the screenshot below if you can figure out if it is actually 64 bit

it is a 64bit based processor and u installed 32bit... i think the guy answered u correctly

Just upgrade to 64bit den u will thank me leta beside don't worry u won't lose any of ur files

Gurus, good evening. Am using a Acer v5- 131 series. The screen will just turn white and I have to adjust the cover well before it works. I have taken it to different repairers. First it was flex problem which was changed but it still persisted, a new screen was bought but still continued. The last was d video cable which has been changed but it still happens. It's most likely your screen is probably going bad. You can try connecting your PC to an external monitor through a VGA cable. If it shows well in the monitor, then your screen is faulty/bad. Another culprit can be the signal cable. If it doesn't show well in the external monitor, then your motherboard specifically it's dedicated graphics chip is going bad.

Pls help me with my dell inspiron 1420. I have been using the system for some time now. I gave a friend to use it over night and by the time i woke up He told me that my system went over at a point and didnt come up again.
The issue is if you press the power button the system just blink the power light once and it wouldnt power on.
I have tried to remove the battery and do little check it is all the same.
Then at a point it came up for few minutes and when i use it for some time it automatically switch off and goes to the blink mode again.
Please what can I do? what could be the cause of this

you will need to do windows reset on windows 10
