Friends,please help me out of this problem..I contacted a man who knows how to open usa paypal and after creating it for me i do exactly what he told me..According to him,he said i should locate remote desktop connection in the start option which i did and then i should put the PUBLIC DNS,USER NAME and PASSWORD which i did but at the end it did not connect and he said notting he can do again because that is the way he use to direct any person he open usa paypal..later on i try it again the computer start showing me something like this :Remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons.

1 Remote access to the server is not enabled

2 the remote computer is turn off

3 the remote computer is not available on the network.

Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network and that remote access is enabled. PLEASE I NEED HELP ON HOW TO DO IT..HELP ME OUT PLEASE

Lol. The guy has probably scammed you. There is absolutely no need for a Remote Desktop connection in creating a US Paypal account. Guides and HOWTOs on doing that abound the internet and is only a google search away. The guy obviously scammed you there is no need for such terrible stress in order to operate your paypal account.I do build(create) accounts for many clients on a regular bases and I give them simple instruction on how to operate it without any ish.All you need is a strong VPN and some lil rules ,simple.

Actually, rdp is far better compared to VPN just that it's more expensive.

Kindly tell me how rdp is more better than a VPN in this scenario. How on earth will u even want to use an rdp just to create and operate an account. And rdp is not expensive, heck it's as cheap as less than 200naira monthly.

VPN do disconnect atimes likewise rdp but when VPN disconnect and you are not aware, accessing your paypal can earn you a ban cos your ip must have changed back to Nigeria.

When rdp disconnect, you are logged out of the remote desktop eliminating the mistake of accessing your paypal on a different ip.

Lol me I access my pp acct with without VPN rdp once I login it automatically change the IP to the location

Very easy. Get a free Amazon EC2 cloud server. You pay less than a dollar for the service monthly. A good VPN doesn't just disconnect like that unless you are talking about one of those free VPN with crappy service. Besides, it's not like you need to be permanently logged in on paypal 24hrs. You only login when you need to process a payment. That's when you connect your vpn and process your payment, after which you logout.

You will need a foreign Paypal account, usually a US account. I am not sure but I think Fiverr accept Skrill and Payoneer. You can easily get those here in Nigeria without hassles. You can do some research on that.
