The announcement of ban on music video and movies shot outside the country didn’t go well with one half of singing duo Peter Okoye popularly called Mr P of P-square. He has reacted to the news threatening to relocate outside the country.
Mr P took to his twitter and Instagram to vent about the proposed ban that will stop artistes and movie producers from traveling abroad for video shoot.
Recall that Minister of Information, Mr Lai Mohammed announced that the federal government is making plan to stop entertainers from shooting abroad.
Also reacting to the news is Peter’s manager/ elder brother Jude Okoye.

But truth be told, no good news is really coming out of Nigeria apart from the entertainment industry (music not movie). Anything government gets involved in gets damaged, I don't know why, look at our football is going down every day, players complaining about salaries, etc. Entertainment industry is successful today is because its being run by private sector and they're making waves worldwide. Now they want to enter entertainment and ruin it, turning the artists including the ones signed by foreign labels to local champions. The same artists that campaigned for them
