In advanced countries .. yes(their porn industry is highly regulated) except for a few that shoot ilegally. Despite that .. outbreaks still happen cos some porn stars still travel to countries in south america with high rate of hiv to shoot porn. Also the hiv window period doesnt help (3 to 4 weeks)...it could take 3weeks for the Duo test(available in labs of advance countries) to detect hiv antigen or 4weeks to detect antibodies after infection ..or 3 to 4 weeks using high quality antibody rapid POC test (INSTI-available in health centres of developed countries).

Now in Nigeria (an under developed country)...the test this kingblakhoc would likely use would be the readily available cheap rapid antibody test which detects antibody in 6weeks..(that's a 6 weeks window period!); hence chances of him and his girls passing hiv or std around is very high and also considering the fact that Nigeria has a high rate of hiv infection....double wahala..
