It happened alot last year though but not this year because i made ALOT of physical and spiritual adjustment.

That's actually called Spiritual travel.

Initiating it consciously is usually risky, but entering that mode from dream state is not that risky sha. It takes quite a lot of training.

Next time don't be scared. Just look and sense around. Control your thoughts when you enter that mode. Your thoughts are the steering wheel

I'd strongly advise you not to. For me, I can only do it in a sleep-wake state. I don't know how, but I can induce it.
