Change of Programme/Course after initial registration attracts a FEE, in other words, you have to pay some cash again before you can register. It is NOT free and that is why they take you back to the Invoice page. Read the Prospectus/Guidelines again and you will see the rules.

As long as you haven't submitted,its the network,try it ceaselessly using a better ntwk,if it persists,inform MIS,ASAP

Everybody should calm down,the network issue is as a result of 1 or 2 pitfalls,it happens every year,where people come to complain cos of one issue or the other.
During my own time,it was same ish,and it has to do with their MIS.They have some big issues with the undergrad;and the same Center/Unit suffice that.
I will also advise that the helplines or information office should be innundated with thousands of mails,you don't just keep quiet.Ours,we nearly pulled down their server with complain,they even had to extend the closing date to 2weeks,so avail yourself of the opportunities,for those close to UI;you can also come to school personally,16k isn't 1,600.

Alright, try and pay online or print the Invoice and take it to either a GT Bank or Skye Bank for payment. I suggest you pay into Skye Bank; the GT Bank seem to be having technical issues.

2. I had less than 60% average (57) in my masters. I had 60% in my dissertation. Do I have a chance if I apply for (PhD) this?:

What I know is that, the Postgraduate students make up over 50% of the population in the University of Ibadan, thus accommodation for postgraduate students should be available no matter how few they might be.
For me, I plan living off campus should I gain admission, unless the hostels are comfortable and clean enough. Honestly, I like privacy and comfort at this stage in life.

I think I'll go for that too. Living alone with no roommates even off campus. I have another question. My cumulative for Masters from another University was 57% do I apply for PhD or Mphil/PhD? I want to get into their institute of energy studies.

You mean the rest options are not loading for you to select? If Yes, then select an item and wait for some minutes for the next option load before selecting the next optiobn. Or, try using a computer with a good server/network, that might be the cause.
