Many of these fire incidents are being manipulated spiritually and beyond physical explanation.

An early morning fire Sunday ravaged and destroyed 32 out of 72 shops worth N500m located at St James Church Cathedral Shopping complex, Agbokojo Road, Ogunpa, Ibadan, Oyo state. According to reports, the fire started from one of the single storey shopping complexes, around 2.00 a.m allegedly from an electrical spark from an unidentifiable shop.

Among the affected structures were shops, offices and warehouses with full stock of agricultural produce, chemicals, sprayers, provisions, building materials, mobile phones accessories, shoe materials, hair extensions (popularly referred to as weave-ons) and store of a plywood supplier on the ground floor of the complex.

According to Drinosblog source, one of the night security guards and few neighbours living around the area noticed heavy smoke oozing out from the roof of the shops, and they attempted to put it out but when they realised that it was beyond human control, they informed the Fire Service station at Molete, Ibadan.

Intervention, however, did not come on time, leading to the heavy losses by the shop owners.

Representatives of the state government, Secretary to the Oyo State Government and the Special Adviser to Governor Abiola Ajimobi on security matters, Olalekan Alli and Segun Bolarinwa, visited the scene Sunday afternoon to ascertain the level of destruction first hand.

May be their firefighters had no water. The fire fighters arrived after shops already burnt finished.

This generation of south west "leaders" are bad "leaders".

This is really sad, I hope they have a business insurance to cover the losses.

My heart felt condolences to the victims, I only wish they did shop insurance against fire and burglary cos if they didn't, what will dey fall back on? At least having lives and properties insured is for d benefit of having risks faced on a daily shared or covered.

So who do we blame for this? Buhari? Ajimobi? Or the useless fire fighters?
I am not speaking for the fire fighters, but sincerely speaking, they are not properly funded and lack basic tools and modern equipment to fight fire, just take some time to go and see their service station and equipment and you will pity them. I think the government should carry the blame.

Many of these fire incidents are being manipulated spiritually thus are beyond physical explanation. That's why every trader has to be spiritually equipped against occult projection. Don't just blame it upon phcn power surge. The physical is the manifestation of the spiritual.

Mr/Mrs Whoever-you-are,

Respect firemen. No matter what, show some respect to that profession. Going into a fire to extinguish it is a huge risk and every single step forward into a burning building is in fact a walk in the hall of death. You don't know why they were delayed, but I can give you a very good example that happened last night.

We were turned out to a fire around Surulere. The caller mentioned a street in Surulere and we were there in less than 15 minutes, but the truth was that the fire incident happened in Aguda. It took us more than an additional 25 minutes to get the corrected address and get to the house and by that time, the whole house was burnt down. This happened around 1:00am.

Who was to blame?
