If anyone's uploaded document(s) is still not visible or clear on your page, this is a simple step you can take in correcting the error:

1. Click on "Modify Data" and scroll to the edit document area.
2. Click on "Delete;" that is, delete any document you have uploaded before. Wait for some seconds for the delete to be successful or the page to reload.
3. Click on "Choose File" to upload your desired document from your folder.
4. Click on "Upload Your Documents" and wait for some seconds or minutes (depending on your network) for the document(s) to successfully upload. That is, it must reach 100% and upload successfully.
5. Click "Back" on the top right-hand side of the same Modify Data page to return to the main menu.
6. Click on "Upload Documents" to see the documents. It/they should be visible by now.

Try it especially at night or early in the morning, it will work. Give me a feedback.

Have paid since last week buh av not yet gotten d confirmation mail or link to upload mi credentials....each time i log in it keeps redirecting mi back to the invoice page....wat can i do pls

Same here, more than 2 weeks ago, PG school asked me to contact the bank, since then GTB are yet to rectify the issue, I never knew GTB are this useless, I would have used Skye.

Am glad it worked. The "Submit Form" option is not working for anyone at the moment, it is a general issue and I believe they will fix it before the deadline (*which they might still extend*). The most important thing is that your uploaded documents are now visible unlike in the past.

Follow the steps I gave above on page 18 on the 17th of July, and which Ethos et al followed. Go to your "Modify Data" page, Delete ALL the documents you earlier uploaded and re-upload them one or two at a time. Click "Upload Your Documents" and for it to upload succesfully. Now, go back and check your documents on "Upload Documents" and they will be visible.

You can use same process in making your O'Level grades (e.g. A1, C6, B3 etc) to be visible on the "Preview Data page;" just go to the Modify Data and delete your O'Level result, then Modify the result by filling back the details. Click on "Modify O'Level result" and it will be successful.
