Kunle Olukotun is the Cadence Design Systems Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Stanford University and he has been on the faculty since 1991. Olukotun is well known for leading the Stanford Hydra research project which developed one of the first chip multiprocessors with support for thread-level speculation (TLS).

Olukotun founded Afara Websystems to develop high-throughput, low power server systems with chip multiprocessor technology.

Afara was acquired by Sun Microsystems; the Afara microprocessor technology, called Niagara, is at the center of Sun's throughput computing initiative. Niagara based systems have become one of Sun's fastest ramping products ever. Olukotun is an ACM Fellow (2006) for contributions to multiprocessors on a chip and multi threaded processor design. Cisco Names Ogunlade GM

Cisco on Monday announced Africa leadership appointments to underpin its Commitment to the Continent with Dare


Ogunlade named as general manager for Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia and Sierra Leone, effective June 2013.




Dare joined Cisco Nigeria in October 2006 as an account manager for service provider, before becoming MTN Strategic Account leader for Nigeria and Ghana in 2011.

He is vastly experienced in structuring complex deals and therefore brings the wealth of knowledge and expertise required to accelerate the growth in Nigeria region.

Career opportunities and employee growth are very important to Dare, as he attributes his own personal career growth at Cisco to the strong mentoring that he has benefited from over the years.

One of his objectives is to ensure that the Nigerian team members have the same opportunity to fulfill their career aspirations.

Dare holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and also an MBA from Lagos Business School. He is married and has two children.

As at January 2017, it had made a little above =N=200 million, but by end of February 2017, it had recorded ticket sales of over =N=400 million. It has just been launched on DVD. By the time you calculate what that film has made from February till date, you would discover the Wedding Party has made well over =N=500 million naira.
