You can't use verve for international payment. You can only use MasterCard or Visa card.

CCV pin is the 3 digit number at the back of your ATM card.

Hi, Try opening a new fb and create an ad account then choose naira, then Nigeria as your payment country, you will be prompted to pay with payu... with payu, you can use any card of your choice but you will have to deposit money before running your ad
