Hahaha. Anyway what engineers would do is to take a weight of very fat individual as the average weight. Again factor of safety of 10 means if they say 30 persons, the structure can actually hold up to 300 persons without failure.

Again this type of structure would have damage tolerance and fail safe. Such that it won't just fail instantly. They could Look include cracks condition monitoring to alarm any onset of crack initiation.
