I have a problem with the USB ports of my PC,All three ports just stopped suddenly working..when I insert my usb cable or gamepad into any of the port...nothing shows up,please is there any fix for this?

The model of the laptop is a HP 250 G4.

since it's an HP switch of the system and on the system quickly press f10 button that will take you to your system bios, then navigate to your system configuration (depending on your bios ) you should see USB functions there and enable it

pls help me, my external hard drive suddenly stop working. my computer isn't seeing it, I insert it in another computer but they aren't seeing it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled drives from device manager but it's not working.

Since two computers aren't seeing it, then the problem is more of your hard drive, its connector, or cable.

Try another external hard drive connector cable and see if there will be a difference.
If when you plug in the external hard drive to your system, the blue led indicator comes on but your system isn't seeing it, your hard drive maybe gone .

If you're having virus, worms or any other malware problems. Try scanning your PC with RoboSAM first.

Good afternoon everyone!

I have an issue with my laptop hp 655.
After repairing it and installing windows 8.1 on it, the screen brightness is no longer working.

The brightness keys on the keyboard are working but it doesn't have any effect on the screen brightness. I then decided to change the brightness directly in the power settings. The scrolling button moves but the brightness remain as bright as ever.

Please, what do I do about it. The brightness is at the highest level but i can't change and it's going to reduce the battery life. Help me out.
