Her narrative is vague at most.

The sort of half baked stories we get fed nowadays in the name of news can be irritating.
A decent outfit would have at least investigated some of her claims before releasing this piece of trash. She said 100. At least confirm about 10% of the identities of her victims who died mysteriously, and speak with some of the living ones who had become impotent, then the story would have a level of credibility.

I mean, it was prostitution, something that is obtainable worldwide. I'm not blaming her victims (if there were any) Just can't accept the story at face value, without some compelling factors.

Rubbish! how did she know 100 men are dead? did she attend their funerals to confirm? and how did she confirm that the other 70 men are impotent? and why did the 70 men not die like The other 100 men are they different from the other 100 men?

She killed no one. She was induced to believe that the men she had sex with might have died or have fertility issues.

That's nonsense. Those men are still kicking, full of life and have lots of juices to make multiple births...except maybe she has some wicked asymptomatic stds that she gives to her men, then there might be possibilities that the men would have health issues later.
