hello house i need help i didn't Finished filling my ds 160 only copied my confirmation number and quickly used that in processing my appointment so as to get a good date,

eventually couldn't get a good date so i applied for expedite appointment now it has been approved and appointment date changed.

so i wanted to login back into my ds 160 to get all done but couldn't gain access showing the following :

Surname does not match.
Year of Birth does not match.
The answer for the security question is incorrect.

so i think my best option is filling another ds160 now i cant cancel and rebook appointment as it can only be done twice.

please what can i do so that my appointment confirmation can carry my new DS160 Confirmation number?

i know i can update profile on appointment booking portal but dont know if that will make things work fine.


please help is needed on what to do.

Just filll another form and use the feedback portal on your profile to send a mail to update the new Ds160 reference number however this take like 48 hours so to be uploaded act fast depending on your interview date.

Four members of my family were granted the B1/B2 visa after their interview on monday and they were robbed and passports were stolen on their way back from DHL office yesterday. We are at a loss at what to do now. I can't even think straight. Please what do we do next?
Can those visas be used by someone else? Do we have to apply again because it has to do with medical issues and how soon can we get another interview date. Wow! This is really sad.

You won't cancel. Just go to update profile and put in the new ds160 number. You can change it yourself now. Then you go to appointment confirmation and print out the new appt confirmation

Hello gurus in the house, kindly assist me on these;

1. On my DS160 form I erroneously filled the address of the museum which am visiting as both place of stay in the US(which was supposed to be an hotel address) and place of visit.

Now, what if the VO ask me 'What is the name of the hotel u want to be staying for the period of ur stay in Ashland? Does it make sense if I should now say the address of the museum as I fill in the form? Won't the VO ask the hotel address which I didn't put in the form?

Kindly advise accordingly as my interview is nxt week.

Please house I need advice..My last interview did not go so well ,it was in 2015 .The moment the vo asked how I got my PR for Spain and I replied that It was tru marriage ..it sent a very bad signal ..and I really do not know why ..I most certainly think she thought I was involved in marriage fraud ,which is not the case at all .I really want to know if I should just allow my wife and kids apply first and not spoil their chances of travelling to the US because of me ,or just apply with them again and proof my case.

I went to Spain to study , fell in love and married and it didn't work out . I m really confused ,please help .

Yesterday was not good at all at lagos embassy as they give white paper for like just 7people out 80 people while the rest where given blue paper .

Helping a friend fill the DS-160 form who had used the same agent in the past twice. Now, i have put him through how to do it on his own but to schedule an appointment, the email address used in time past was that of the agent that cant be reached.

Pls, how can he get his email address registered on the site for purposes of scheduling an appointment?

I'm helping my mom for her dropbox. I have successfully filled and printed her ds160 confirmation page. The person that filled her last application is unavailable and i can't reach him and I wouldn't know the email and password the person use. I have tried using my email address which I used to fill her ds 160 to log in at appointment site without success. Please, good people in the house, how do I move on from here. Many thanks.
