A president must have good command of the official language of his/her country. We have "managed" half baked leaders in the past. However, we should no longer settle for those who cannot decipher or debate the bills they would be signing.

Her English is actually not bad sha. Her tenses were correct, it was only lacking in phonetics, correct pronounciation, and it seemed to be taking quite a lot for her to come up with the words but the English wasn't bad.

She can't just say she wants to be President, she should let us know what she has achieved in her personal life that qualifies her to run for the seat. What businesses has she successfully managed, what education has she acquired?

Really? Arab presidents can't speak English'? That's her defence.... Oh God why are dullards always attracted to the seat of power? What is the correlation between an Arab President speaking English and his ability to rule? English is not even remotely his official language.
Okay let me even try to engage this foolish line of thought.... A significant portion of Arabian countries with presidential syatems today are more or less failed states: Afghanistan, Egypt, Libya, Yemen, Syria, Iraq etc...
