Okay. A guy posted here earlier that the list is coming out on 27th. Is your source an officer with NIS or someone close to board?

It will he better if they don't organisation any exams self...let them just choose instead of wasting people's time...

My candid advice....let just wait and keep our fingers crossed..either there'll be exams or just select and screening, what difference does that make? Pple can come on this thread and say whatever they like but seeing is believing u know! So wait and get informations from NIS directly rather that having conflicting informations from different sources

Well...I don't think those information are conflicting. It's a sign that it is very close. Plus, I don't think they will stress themselves to organise cbt.
