Every Generation of Human Beings have Global Leadership of a Country. From the days of the following World Powers; Babylon, Egypt, Israel, Rome, United Kingdom and now United States of America. The push for referendum was pushed by Israel as they will as much as possible push for new converts in Judaism as well as find allies in the lost tribes of Israel.
