Some folks just don't care. A friend once said if the law of karma is real, how come people like obasanjo are still hale and hearty? We currently live in an era where people are only concerned about now. Folks don't think about the repercussions of their deeds. You see the increase of yahoo boys who defraud people off their hard earn money, we see young girls go after married man and damn the consequences because they all want to live for the 'now'.

The reason is not farfetched :

Their own evil (repercusion) is doing press up in wilderness coupled with dry fasting.

We are not really that religious in this country, we mostly read the word of God, but we don't follow it.

Evil is not in the increase, the awareness of evil is in the increase. This is least evil generation in the history of mankind. you answered your own question. if the law of harvest is applicable which it is, then the more evil people commit, the more evil their will be as harvest on these people for the evil they committed. so for one evil committed, the evil in the world will increase twofold because someone has to do evil to that person as harvest for committing evil. and the muslims understand this concept which is why they are very brutal on crime in their societies. they know crime begets more crime and its a never ending cycle so you nip it in the bud with brutality

This is because human population is on the increase and mind you,nemesis does not take effect after every single act of wrong. but again there are different perspective to sin,religiously sex outside marriage is a sin but some people wouldn't see any sin in sex between two matured n consenting adults,perhaps a more faithful observance of the golden rule will give mankind a better society.

Because our frenzied, fanatical, sweating scaredy-weirdy Christians believe more in the power of their supposed Satan than their supposed Chizzoss. Look at their responses in this 'religion' forum. Their lives are full from top to bottom with cosmic terror and helplessness. They can never recognise or understand the love of nature, knowledge, fellowship beyond belief, art or simply feeling at home in this world.

Thus , being dark-hearted, they feel their God has turned his back to them because the only power they see belongs to the only one they ever really experience: 'Satan'.
