Go and face your ekiti brother who spoke the truth. and for you to compare ibadan, western region capital with ohafia and nsukka shows that the level of backwardness in western region is alarming.
We already know you as children of hate. no good things comes from you. so we are not surprised. and as a matter of fact you are not qualified to have a say in this because the entire southeast region is no match for western region. you keep talking about brown roof republic but you refuse to stay at your so called developed region. You and your fellow brothers keep constituting parasites all around the corners of this same region you badmouth. demented nimcompoops!

[quote author=Unimaginable123 post=58766684]u are a big time born liar. Nsukka is far more developed than Ibadan. Opi and ezike are parts of nsukka. Nkpor is far more developed than any city in south West (remember lagos is no man's land). Ngwa is a dialect. It's a region. There's no town called Ngwa. It's a region with the capital in Aba. Full name of Aba is called Aba Ngwa.
So stop telling silly lies. There are people like me here that are well travelled and can bust ur lies anytime anyday[/quote

I am NOT a Fayose person and can NEVER be. Whether it is Ayo, Isaac or Emmanuel.

Truly, Ibadan as lost his glory . Since 1985 , things have been going down little by little.

I think the governors are TOO comfortable.

But Mr Ayo Fayose live all his life in Ibadan except going to Ekiti to contest. What did he do as a private citizen around his office area around Iwo road/Ojo expressway?

The concern shown was not constructive hence ridicule the status of Ibadaland. The said opinion was an obvious propaganda. Very malicious!

This guy is speaking about what he does not know... Ibadan is a very large city with a lot of rural areas but also much more developed urban areas... So he should stop all these derogatory comments because they're not true(guys who stay in Ibadan know this)... This should really not be coming from a fellow tribe man.. Is he trying to bring Ibadan down or what?... Though we have a not so functioning governor at the moment but does not mean Ibadan is dead.... A lot of times and even in school I hear guys who have never stepped foot in Ibadan commenting negatively about it then I ask them have you ever been to Ibadan and most of them say no... At the end of the day I discover their points are based on what they read or saw on social media posted by some hater... Really for those who still hold the view that Ibadan is a slum, stop believing the social media representation and take time out to visit yourself. God Bless Ibadan, God bless Oyo State, God bless Nigeria.

Isaac who is the younger brother of Ekiti state governor, Ayo Fayose, this afternoon took to his Facebook page to berate the state of Ibadan city in Oyo state, asking if they still have a governor.

He wrote:

The dead city of IBADAN: Ancient city with no life.... Shoprite with its dead escalators , broken entrance, empty malls, dry KFC, hugepot holes, struggling businesses andYahoo boys on the rise. No industry, more churches coming up due to thehigh level of poverty, and regular police harassment because they are broke and hungry
??Ibadan used to be home of the elite back in the days. Ironically their generation doesn't want to live in Ibadan anymore

?Is this ancient city truly dead? Do we actually have a governor? Where is the hope?

See photos he share below:

Here's the page https://www.facebook.com/isaac.fayose

I couldn't stay there for more than a minute. The illiteracy on that page is stark. Are people not going to school anymore? Even primary school?

Let's be serious with ourselves. Apart from the bridge at Mokola, there's nothing tangible to point at since over 6 years of Ajimobi regime in Ibadan. Just take a ride through govt house to the secretariat and see bad road that the governor has be plying to work for over 6 years.
well,I disagree with you.

See how Biafrans dey masturbate on their deputy god(after nnamdi kanu) biased comments.

I reside in Ibadan,And I dont wish to stay at any part of nigeria apart from IB.Even Ayo fayose, his father made his money in the city. His office is along ojo expressway and his notorious for carro U.I babes then

Fayose son is a PDP,the governor is an APC governor,The Igbo people masturbating on the thread have always known to be Ibadan haters when the whole Igbo land is still being referred to as villages in the 21st century.
so,the son dey campaign for him papa party and the children of hate is happy to hear what sweet their belle.

Igbo in dugbe ibadan:I'm going to my village.

someone: where?

Igbo in dugbe ibadan:owerri.

someone: I thought you were referring to enugu.

Igbo in dugbe:Not that one.

Brown roof Republic
Brown corrugated is better than thatched roof. Its a price we paid in the west to urbanize the east. The first dual carriage way road in Africa is in Ibadan and many more. If Ibadan had been allowed continued to grow at that rate, Dubai would have been humbled today.
Tell you what decay city is far better than python invested villages with tiny cassava roots. That's to tell you I know your terrain very well.

I wait to read comments from unbiased and objective minds living in the city.

Hasj Ibadan truly lost her glory?

It is just a play of politics apparently directed at Ajimobi. fayose's father lived all his life in Ibadan. The same with most members of their family, Ibadan is their London up till this moment. I don't see how EKiti can compete with Ibadan in term of industry, amenities and level of development. Ibadan shoprite is still one of the best in the country. It will take Ekiti and all those semi villages several years before they can match Ibadan in term of development.

It seems imbecility runs in fayose's family,so because shoprite has broken doors,u see abandoned buildings and portholes,u now assume the city is dead? Which state in the country does not have the aforementioned?
