1. You cant categorically tell us the origins of moral construct and civil laws without a primordial superior moral constructor

All i can get from the op is that she is a pained christian who cannot believe that some humans do not subscribe to her sky daddy whom she believe is the source of her life. Are you saying humans are not smart enough to set and live by their own rules, they need a universal entity to keep them in check? Is there any universal law even?
