I know Littlefinger met with Tywin, but that was about the Lannister-Tyrell alliance, there was no mention of Littlefinger aiding Ned Stark's death. Arya shouldn't know unless Littlefinger himself blurts it out. You don't think he would be on her list by now, if she knew ?
That was Harrenhal by the way. Casterly Rock hasn't been revealed yet.

I saw that scene. Perhaps you didnt see when tywin told jamie that he is going to allow tyrion join nights watch if he agrees that he is guilty.
