The ability to simultaneously perform as an individual and in line with your employees is key to attaining growth and success. Being a master of one or a jack-of-all-trades in today’s world does not guarantee success either, especially if you are unable to work as part of a team.

Team Work; Undivided professionals crowd-pulling their efforts together as a team vs independent-minded professionals working together as a team.

While the former encourages quasi-unity, limited productivity, backbiting and other vices the latter always provides maximum productivity, unnecessary familiarity/respect for all sane and sound and many other goodnesses.
