Just called the DPR helpline +23419037150 to confirm issues. The man that picked said the port-hacourt center is still writing, that those scheduled for today should go back there for there test. For pending-successful submission issues will also be scheduled in a short time.

I used Biafra in the context, as per Eastern Nigeria(including, parts of Edo or so-called Niger Delta) before 1967. Was it not during the war, Gowon divided Eastern Nigeria into 12 States just to create "chaos" among us , which we are having today? Nigeria was almagamated(that is to say two seperate entities /Northern ~ Biafra/ were joined together) in 1914, just for the purpose of feeding the North(Nigeria) from the South(Biafra).

Please guys in PHC should give updates.
But from my findings from those I contacted show that they (28/29th) where rescheduled for 25/26th even got sms to that effect but just neglected. Meanwhile, someone from the first batch or so posted it here that PHC will be closed by 27th. So who's to blame now?

Although they closed Port Harcourt centre yesterday... But when we that were earlier rescheduled but didn't receive the message got to the centre this morning and mobilized ourselves on the the next line of action... The ACE International Training Centre officials contacted them about the development.... So after waiting for a long time, the Snapnet guys and DPR came around to apologise about the development. Thereafter, at about 12:30 pm the test was started. Please if you know anyone who was earlier scheduled or rescheduled for 28th/29th at PH that has not written, kindly contact him/her to make hay while the sunshine shine by going to the centre now today. The test is still ongoing.... I just finished my own this afternoon... I hope info help someone...
