Mazeltovscotty:To some it is a region in Nigeria like Arewa and Oodua. To others it is a territory that should become an independent country. |

givbitcoin: lol..why will ambode arrest him for protesting? He can protest in lagos from now till 2023 so long as his useless protest doesn't disturb others from going about their businesses. If he messes up with his protest, he and his miscreants will be shot in the head and nothing, I mean absolutely nothing will happen. |

igbodefender:and to [/b]others[b] [IGBOS] it is a territory or region that should become independent so either biafran separatism or biafra of the mind, both of them are busy working towards the same goal [independence] but on a different platform. All igbos are not Igbos, some even detest being associated with them [Igbos] but it doesn't mean they are not in support of biafra. |

One thing i want Afonja to understand about Lagos is that Lagos, because of its history and its strategic role in the Nigerian space is technically out of control of the Yoruba..it is a different case if we are talking about Ibadan or any of all those mushroom Yoruba towns. The Yoruba may control Lagos politically at the state level but not socially and economically, because of its cosmopolitan nature. Again considering the fact that different places in Lagos are dominated by different tribes and nationalities. if for example Nnamdi Kanu visit places like Amuwo odofin/ Ago palace way or Alaba international, trade-fare which are controlled 80% by easterners, what chance does an afonja have in those areas? Recall the mile 12/ketu saga with the hausa/fulanis where Yorubas were massacred in their own land, it was all because the hausa/fulanis dominate those areas of lagos... As a free citizen, Nnamdi Kanu has every right to visit any state as so wishes, especially states that have large concentration of igbo people. He doesn't have to organise a rally to pull crowd because he himself is a rally...lolz So when Radio Biafra posted that Nnamdi Kanu will be visiting Lagos, the first question should have been, which part of lagos is he visiting?( which obviously is going to be an igbo dominated area) and trust igbos they are always in charge of their domain...you cant try nonsense within their domain, not when Nnamdi kanu (who in my acceptance is the new Igbo Leader) will be around.. I wont be surprised if Nnamdi Kanu visit some notable yoruba elders and leaders , it is possible Nnamdi Kanu maybe changing strategy, trying to create a new alliance in the south to counter the north....Unfortunately we have alot of emotionally controlled and egoistic people here on Nairaland who cant see from afar.. like i said before ,the yorubas should welcome Nnamdi Kanu in lagos with positive mind because it helps their agitation too. whether for restructuring or referendum. it will send mix feelings to the north and a signal that an East-West alliance is possible moving forward. It will put more pressure on federal government, draw more international attention and also show the extent of influence and power the Igbos can exert outside their primary domain. The igbos have been at the background for too long, and i think it is time for us to assert ourselves with this struggle ...So long as it is peaceful, i dont see any problem in it... and i know when he visits, Nothing and i mean nothing will happen...some people will only end up soaking their pillow wet with tears. |

Mazeltovscotty: You lost the right to dictate what other tribes do in lagos the day your cowardly leaders like Awolowo swore allegience to fulani and to nigeria instead of promoting your oduduwa due to oil greed. A deed he regretted and died of rat poison. Kanu will be in Lagos to hold his rally. You are the one who rejected your oduduwa soverignty to do 'one naijeriyya' with kanu's people. |

if I becomes the president or the senate president of this nation ill move motion for aso rock to be moved to middle belt area. why move Nigeria capital to northern side. more reason why this hausas think they are born to rule. |

DocHMD:Firstly, you HAVE NO RIGHT to talk about awolowo until you tell us how a spineless cumberground like Oju-iku cowardly fled to the neighbouring country in the middle of the night, dressed in iro and wrapper with a high heel shoe looking like olosho while millions of innocent igbos [your tribe] were left to starved to death like they were bush animals. ojukwu and his touts met their waterloo in southwest and the yorubas will be glad to repeat the same. Secondly, any attemp by the igbos to disrupt commercial activities in lagos will Surely by met by serious rebuttal. . |

Yoruba is independent and give no damn about anybody! They think they call us chamelon or hypocrites for nothing?,its because yorubas are not loyal to any of them! -when SE is chasing SS around for inter-dependence -And North calling NE,NC one North THE WEST STANDS ALONE BECAUSE WEST SIDE IS THE BEST. 1 Like 1 Share

Is the survival of the contraption greater than the soverignty of the indigenous Igbos, yorubas, Ijaws, Efiks etc?
