You are not making any point. The truck failed break and hit the pillar. If the entire structure was not strong it would have collapsed completely. Tell us what could have caused the overhead to shift from it's position. Looking at the bridge you could notice a mis-alignment. From the picture the pillars are in order. What happened was that the impact moved the overhead bridge because there are expansion gaps which is very common in bridge development. It helps bridges to withstand shocks in the case of something like this happens.

That bridge Nd that road u see was not constructed by Obiano's administration, Obi awarded it to IDC construction which is a top notch firm in civil engineering.
