Ser Davos cant even hype jon snow very well at their fist meeting with Daenerys. He allowed missandei to outshine him in hyping. That scene was funny. Jon snow was staring at Davos to at least hype him..

But later Ser Davos hyped him very well almost went overboard when he said jon received spear in his heart. Jon didnt like that, but i dont knoe why.

Remember, Euron is a naval warrior. He wont stay in the sea after completing the task. He would want to quickly go and give report to cersei just to earn more credits.
