Hello everyone,

Thank you for the good job being done here. From my perusal of this platform and other sites, I have understood that only my highest qualification needs to be assessed. But I need clarification on the questions below and I will be grateful for your prompt response.

1. Do I have to forward only my highest certificate and transcript (MBA) to WES or i need to forward my first degree certificate and transcript as well ? Kindly note that I registered only my MBA for assessment but in the
confirmation mail sent to me by WES, they listed the required documents as

a. Clear, legible photocopies of all degree certificates issued by the institutions attended.

b. Academic transcripts showing all subjects completed and all grades awarded for all years of post-secondary study.

2. What is the place of CITN and ICAN in this whole programme? Are they irrelevant? Can these professional qualifications be considered for 2 or more degree ?

Thank you.
. ICAN IS JOT RECOGNISED AND I AM ALMOST SURE CITN IS NOT AS WELL.

Highest degree certificate is okay.

Good day guys. Pls quick question. Do i have to apply for my refund when rejected or they just refund to your acvount. I once saw some say he was refunded in 14days. I intend to use the refund for the next application- hopefully it will be the last as it will be POSITIVE by His grace

Any help here please?

I was going to type but I didn't have strength for back and forth as the issue has been overflogged on the thread.
At the end if the day it's at the Visa officer's discretion as even our elders used spouse's bank letters and statements and have received COPR some even PR.

Wishing everyone the best!

Help with this please, anyone? I need to delete the job bank profile promptly as I used my EE number to create a job bank profile for my spouse, thinking we both could use it. Now, I can't create mine

@4manlappy, @Mummyjaygirls, @dupyshoo , @anyone

If u can't delete it don't worry, job bank is not even useful anymore.

To delete, I think u would need to create a new EE profile. Try to update it instead, edit all info submitted on d job bank page

@Deeore should be able to help, you can call them to enquire on +1 (613) 944-4000

Also if u can get another money to pay pending when u r refunded, it won't be a bad option

The person wrote to IRCC to ask this question very recently and this was what he got as a reply, I don't know the mailbox he used, just sharing it for the benefit of everyone, at the end of the day, anyone can do whatever s/he wants. I personally advised someone to use her spouse's SOA few days ago, so I knew it was accepted. Ultimately, It's in the hands of God and the VO, all the best to everybody.

Yes ooo, it was Mark Holthe ( the Immigration Lawyer running ' Express Entry Law ' page on Facebook.

He also does live Q&A session. It was in response to a POF question. It became effective July 18, 2017.

Hello @Yokus... I actually replied you but i am surprised its not viewable. I think refund is more than 14days...cant say precisely how long because i used my auntys card in canda and dont know when she was credited but definitely not in 14days. If you urgently need to reapply then just try to gather funds to pay pending the time refunds occur but if otherwise then you can wait... You would definately get it though.

1. Forward only documents that have to do with your MBA as that's your highest qualification. That's what I also did and I have my ECA report.

2. MBA (Masters) alone gives you more points than two or more degrees. Only a PhD can offer more points. So don't bother about the other professional qualifications.

This update is not available on the IRCC website, so I wonder how an immigration lawyer can be quoted authoritatively.

More investigation and inputs required.

Hello all,

Urgent question please!

Is there a format to request for bank letters for POF or will only bank statements be ok?

Hello Yokus,

My previous application was cancelled on the 1st of July and i got my refund on the 15th of July. My advise is that you gather funds to pay for your new application if you are yet to receive your refund but you will definitely get the funds back.

Not necessarily a defined format, the letter should include the requested information by CIC. You can find that in the document upload section for the POF.
Bank statement is fine with LOE as support.

What I did:
Got the letter from the bank, with the most of the requested info, including my bank statement, and then I explained some more in my LOE that the bank had a format for the letter, and I also attached my statement as an additional document.

Others can weigh in too.

Good day everyone, please i need an advice on how to about evaluation for HND.

Is it Icas or Wes that will evaluate better for more points?

Should i send in only the HND or both OND and HND for evaluation?
Anyone with same experience?

IQAS would evaluate both your OND and HND as 2 or more Certificates

u shld use WES as it will b evaluated as 2certs n more.I.e higher point.if u use iqas it will b evaluated as bsc.so go wit WES

With all due respect I disagree with you on the above statement, simply because IQAS evaluated a brother's OND and HND as 2 or more Certificates.
Thanks.

Pls is there any medical doctor here who attended University of Ibadan and has had ECFMG done their document verification? I've been to registrars office and they are yet to get the email even though it was sent 2 months ago. Or should I go to College of Medicine instead?
Thank you.
