Still every Igbo person should henceforth think home, think East. That they withdraw their quit notice should not make you to feel at home at the Northern side. This country is no longer in unity. Do your business and repatriate the gain down East. 2 Likes |

I never believed or took d quit notice shit serious. Good enough, its gona b dealt wt in a short time. Nigeria z beta united for; - its place f pride in Africa and in d world, - its vast resources dat can be put to use for infrastructural growth and development dat will impact positively on d nation, - its diversity and rich multicultural heritage etc I am an Igbo man but that Abia boy Nnamdi Kalu is a son of a wild bitch and may all the troubles he foments for innocent Igbo people condense and wash him into the River Naija or maybe condense and consume him. |

If arewa truly want one Nigeria, they should support restructuring of Nigeria and not threatening the people who are already tired of one Nigeria. As a good brother tell the igbos why they should stay and negotiate with them. Not threatening them with what will also affect your people negatively. I still believe that if there be equality for all, Nigeria will remain one, but on the contrary there will never be peace. Sovereign national conference is one of the option. |

Etogist:You sounded like a typical, irrational, insultive IPOB member. Never capable of reasonable discourse. You seem not to have any points. If a debate is organised for or against biafra, can you make any points? Or will you just insult everyone and leave? This is the 21st century, make your points. If you're invited to the UN, is this what you'll say indefence of your hallowed pursuit of Biafra? You're insulting every tribe and every nation. You insult even the south south guys yet you want allies.True igbos are matured please 1 Like |

BuariCopyPaste:God bless your soul. May the brea..ts that fed you never run dry. You just took words out of my mouth. As usual, expect no reasonable answer from someone who supports fulani herdsmen murdering his own people because he earns 250k from BMC. At least we can see what happened with the votes on restructuring. 2 Likes |

Caleboha:Previously I thought and reasoned this same way, but with the happening of recent times, we have to wake up to the reality of the present. Take it or leave it, Nigeria is not working. The future is horrible no one has the best of the country at heart. This is because we don't believe in the Nigerian project. To your questions, asking Igbos to relocate before dividing the country is dead wrong. The Pakistanis and Indians migrated to either side only after the British carved out Pakistan from India. We may not have all the natural resources as Igbos but do not forget that we have an abundance of human resources. And when we succeed in breaking free from this hell hole of a country, we will be a people of similar understanding, ideology, culture and language. The need to preserve our future will drive us into avoiding some mistakes that are made in Nigeria. Travel out of Nigeria and then you would appreciate my point of view. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Somebody told me in 1966, Arewa asked Igbos to leave their region and went ahead to kill some in the same 1966. This led to escape of many Igbos and other southerners and so Arewa rescinded the order so the foolish ones would return in 1967 and get killed even more. I was told the Arewas were already worried Igbos and southerners would escape and so they would soon rescind the quit notice and find a reason to complain again in the near future and kill those foreigners in their land. Exactly as i was told, things are playing out as scripted. The Igbos and indeed other southerners in the north should better escape with their lives NOW! DO NOT SAY YOU WERE NOT WARNED! 1 Like |

This latest condescending crap about withdrawal of the quit notice allegedly published by the idiotic Arewa Youths cannot and will never fool Ndigbo to disarm and stop any plan towards the “quit notice” from uneducated Arewa Youths. We have seen this human drama before now and Ndigbo collectively said not again 2 Likes |

nawtyme:I appreciate the fact that you made your point without insults. You've made more sense than thousands of Ipob members who resort to insults when they have no argument. Asking igbos to relocate to the east in the near future will be suicidal. There are probably more igbos outside biafran territory than within. There is no sufficient infrastructure, trade routes, ports, international alliances to accommodate the millions that would return. A little food embargo will result in grave famine. Nigeria isn't working but thousands of igbos are migrating into more interior areas of Nigeria: this is the irony I can't understand. Ipob has no diplomacy in its approach. No country can stand alone. Why will states and communities be carved into today's Biafra without consulting with the traditional heads ( not politicians). Its very embarassing when such communities begin to announce that they arent part of biafra.I don't see any strategy or organisation in the entire plan. Everyone in the movement seem impulsive and that is dangerous. Ojukwu seemingly had no choice or sufficient time when he declared secession, but today we have reasonable time to plan and strategise. Igbos aren't ready for Biafra, there's a lot of work yet to be done |

[s] Chikpat:[/s] -You're chatting rubbish. Where has multiculturalism and diversity ever worked in the history of mankind? Do you care to show us any speck of evidence? Due to poor Nigerian education you received, you just hear an overused phrase and you run with it. Is the North ready to abandon their sharia law for a Federal Republic? -What sort of system can you use to unite Feudalism (tainted with Sharia law), Monarchical system and Republican minded groups? -Nigeria, created by a white man, named by his girl-friend, The Pride of Africa? You must be a village joker. (I could have called you or your parents something worse, as per the highlighted in your post, but I will let it go.) 2 Likes |

Caleboha:Don't forget that the Ghanaians were asked to leave Nigeria, they went back to their country and worked on themselves. Today many Nigerians flock to Ghana for greener pasture. The mistake you are making is thinking all will be rosy as soon as we leave. That is not correct. We still have a mindset that needs to be purged before things will become alright. That purge will come when we realize that whatever we do we will affect the future of our children. About the leadership of some minority tribes saying that they are not part of Biafra, what were you expecting them to say? How NK's hand and sing kumbaya? Have you forgotten that divide and rule was what kept us from ourselves for years? Listen to what the masses say and not the leaders because right now we are in a fight for our lives. When they come to the realization that you can be what you want to be in the New republic with federal character, quota system, nepotism and tribalistic chauvinism, then we can fight towards a common cause. A lot has to be done in terms of negotiations but you don't expect it to be easy right now because these "so-called" leaders still fear the wrath of Nigerian politics. But as it stands now there is no option. NIGERIA IS IRREPARABLE. 1 Like |

Truth be told, Igbos were not prepared for the quit notice.

Amarabae: Don't be deceived... As it is North is volatile... and Igbos are not that naive or calm as people had imagined. They have the capacity to repress any attack in the North.... Ask any Northerner, when they start that there tribal riot, the Igbos always hit back with more firepower against there machete ..before the military intervene.. 1 Like 1 Share |

nawtyme: If NIGERIA IS IRREPARABLE then obviously, BIAFRA IS UNACHIEVABLE. This is because nothing good can come out a damaged article. It is thesame Nigeria that is suppose to give a date for referendum. |

RoyalUc:Lol. You think referendum will make any difference. Let me tell you what will happen. The agitation for a referendum would continue. One day it will be organized. The yes votes will be more. Nigeria will not recognize it. We will hinge on it as a legitimate source for secession. It will go on for years at last more people will die for their refusal to give up. It will draw more international attraction. And even if it's after 10 years, 30years or 50 years, one day we will be free. |

nawtyme: I'm glad you've seen the future. Referendum or no referendum means nothing to me, so that's not my worry. My concern is you saying NIGERIA IS IRREPARABLE. It's like saying your family is 'useless' and expect you to be cool with that. I may not care about Nigeria but it's still a sovereign Nation where some other people call their own. |
