For the rooting aspect just enter Google and type search how to root tecno L9plus, and you will get all the solutions there, then for the gta

Create a folder named com.rockstargames.gtasa in memory card/Android/obb
And move the two files u got there. One is about 1.8gb and the other is about 500+ kilobyte
Then install the main application and play. It will definitely play well

Might be a peculiar case. Because all the issues you listed are not issues. A colleague of mine uses this phone and he's saying it is one of the best he has seen in terms of battery capacity and the camera is okay too.

Why not ask him how the graphics looks like compared to any infinix phone alive, mostly when watching videos or viewing pictures. It's nothing to write home about when it comes to graphics compared to infinix phones graphics.
