About 4days ago, my phone SIM network bars just disappeared just like that. The phone didn't fall neither did any thing hit the phone. I removed the SIM cards and reinserted them back yet the signals didn't come up. I rebooted the phone, removed and reinserted the sims back again, the SIM 2 signal came up but when I tried making a call, it showed "radio off" and the signal disappeared.


The next day, the signals suddenly reappeared and remained till last night when they disappeared again.

When I switch it on in 'dual SIM settings" via settings menu, it automatically switches off.

Please what could be the problem? What is the possible solution?

Help! Anyone? Please.

Please how do i do cloud back up of my data? I have a feeling my phone may be formatted during its repair and i really can't afford to loose any photo or contact.

I have inserted a blank memory card but can't find a way to move apps and photos in storage to the memory card.

I just did that, it freed like 2Gb for me I will manage it and start preparing on getting a new one

Somebody help me. My M5 just developed this habit if rebooting itself. The rebooting is not even a complete one. It will show the Gionee logo and then come up instead of switching off completly before coming up when i did the reboot myself. Somebody helo me with this problem as i dont have money for a new phone now.

My M5 has began this funny behavior of refusing to power up when I press d power button. It also does not bring or show the charging icon or the charging led at the top whenever I switch off to Charge. It was bought last year january and also rooted. Also it doesn't reboot as it won't come up again as it used to when I reboot it. Hope its not a virus and hope I'll find solution at gionee office. The power button also does not respond to light touch unless I apply much pressure. All these problems stated about 4 days ago. Someone kindly enlighten me.

I had to replace the screen. The screen flicking problem is cause because of bad charger.
