A slay queen is someone who can slay any given person by simply stating their opinion.
My boy Zach, is a total slay queen. Don't Bleep with him, he'll shut you up within a matter of minutes. Yeah he's that good.

I first fond this word in a comic by Sarah Andersen.

In it, a young woman says "Slaaaaayy queen, slaayy!" as she worships a celebrity she adores.
Here, "slay" is used as a noun and a verb, I think but I'm not sure. The comic artist is 23, so I'm wondering if it's a kind of a new slang?
