Day 3 of my rehab :
Hello guys , after reading you all advice on my last post of me been addicted to drugs , I decided to stay off drugs , but I was only able to stay away for just 3 days and the 3 days were so miserable for me , I couldn't sleep , so I decided to go buy one bottle today and a packet of cigarettes ...

I will continue trying my best to quit , I know I can do it . Thanks you all for all the encouragement..

You can actually quit.
Ist is all about the 'will' and being strong.
A packet of cigarette is too much for someone that really wanna quit tho....

it's a gradual process, just take things easy a day at a time and don't beat yourself with guilt because of minor setbacks. Before you'll know it, you'll be counting years of abstinence.

You just can't abruptly quit a substance addiction, you're most likely going to relapse. What you should have done is take reduced controlled portions of the substance. What you experienced was withdrawal symptoms which led to your relapse. You can't do this alone, you need close friends or family to help monitor your rehabilitation. Its hard but you will overcome it.

I wonder what regulatory authorities are doing about this gross abuse of over the counter drugs. Imagine someone going to a chemist to buy five packs of cough syrup and the chemist happily sells it to him without asking for any prescription or the reason why a sane person will consume so much medication, anything to make a sale. Even the manufacturers are cashing in on the abuse of the drugs by making it more expensive. It's so sad how people will watch their fellow human being put their lives in danger all in a bid to make money.

I feel you need to engage your self , why not try sports ? start gradually then set a target for yourself to overcome e.g set a target of a 5km run then achieve it gradually.

guy u resemble Gee boy oh...just du wateva dat makes u happy bro, if u find happiness in the drugs then go ahead, it is better u die doing wat u love. but if u feel like u should stop, engage ur self with something and remove your mind frm d drugs and u can be taking it once in every 3days like u did i'm sure it will reduce the level. all this things dey carry Nicotine nah y d addiction is dia....
back to the matter, oga wich way nah i wan ball like u, see iphone sev....mhe sev need advice, economy bad, anything for ur boy?
