Well, in my opinion, I don't think @Gentp's choice of word 'You' is wrong. He personified ptdf scholarship, hence, he is allowed to use 'you'.

As per MSc, Last year they gave 4 to non oil producing states, 6 to oil producing, and the best female in each geopolitical zone gets the scholarship which is added to her state's. E.g. Ekiti had 5 last year because of this.

I can say here that that the PTDF process for the merit list isn't transparent. Someone just told me his name is on the list and he has started preparation to travel. This information is very very true.
