Process in Nigeria is never going to change!

We'd be big fools to think the list is a secret. It's even more laughable some of the viewers on this thread have seen the supposed list.

First question is why should it be delayed for this long? What is federal character or the disturbing name we called the cause of the delay?

What criteria are they going to use that isn't known to everyone since far back as 5 years ago?

on what basis is this information true? take it or leave it lots of people from this thread would find their names on the list wether the process is flawed or not.

My friend's name is on the list and he preparing to travel.
Its a shame that even after they take half of the scholarship through their list that they dont release they still finger this one that they call merit. God punish all of them

My brother/sister,

I admire your zeal. But this year's scholarship is not even concluded yet. And PTDF is more than ever before unpredictable. So in order to forstall barking up the wrong tree, I suggest you relax and wait till they announce application for the next year. Then you would know the format they would adopt and the contractor they would use.

Past questions didn't help me this year, in fact it complicated matters. Anybody that PQ helped should come forward and say....

Just to reiterate what Dremanuel has said, wait for 2018/2019 advert first because who knows PTDF might not even give scholarship next year.
