Someone came out openly to tell you that a pup (that could easily pass for a purebreed) is a mix, and you are typing rub.ish.

The reason why most people don't give prices here, someone out there with no intention of buying the pup will come out and type bs.

You did not bother to ask what it was mixed with, or even if it was just a tint somewhere along the line (even you own dog's pedigree can't be traced).

No you are wrong because you fail to see my point. Lots of breeders here showcase GSD of higher amount but I do not have any negative review because the dogs worth the amount.

30k is the street value of the GSD except the slant backs. We can't deceive ourselves. Any GSD that is higher in cost is most likely Pedigree or imported or from a very big kennel or pure bloodline

My GSD pup that died cost me 72k. You see? So don't think I'm advocating for a cheap dog. You are getting me wrong. But if I can get a GSD that isn't mixed at 30k from the right person, why then should I get a mixed at 40k?
